I graduated from Long Island University with a B.S. in Accounting. I graduated from Suffolk University Law School in Boston with a J.D.

I have been practicing law in Miami and throughout the country my entire career. I handle simple to complex cases in both State and Federal courts. I am a litigator and a trial attorney and if you click on my CV, you can see my background and a sample of the complex cases that I have handled. Part of my practice involves mediation, arbitration and Electronically Stored Information (ESI) and E-Discovery disputes which include retrieving information from social media the ethical way, and artificial intelligence (AI). I have been appointed Special Master by the courts for E-Discovery disputes between the parties, to help them and the courts to resolve their disputes. I am one of the few mediators that is knowledgeable in ESI and E-Discovery matters, as all litigation now involves ESI and E-Discovery.

I have litigated throughout the country on various matters, including personal injury and wrongful death, products liability, complex commercial matters, mediations and arbitrations, federal and state prison riots, and bank fraud.
